Help! Brand new mini flap has "wrinkles"

Hi Everyone,
I just got back from Paris where I purchased this new mini flap in black caviar. To my dismay, I noticed 3 distinct lines/wrinkles as shown. Anyone have the same issue? Is this normal? What can I do to get it exchanged? Any opinion is appreciated. Thanks!!

Just go to a boutique. They exchanged earrings for free here in the US because a crystal fell out 2 weeks after I bought it.
