Help! Black Vernis Sarah Wallet dilemma!

I just bought the Noir Magnetique Vernis Sarah Wallet (old style) from Nordstroms and I am sure it was a display model. It is perfect in all aspects but one. It looks like on the opening flap where it bends has a small crack in the glaze (like someone pulled it to see the date code). Should I keep it and not worry about it or return and try to get a different one? Will that crack get worse? It is perfect in every other way with deep embossing, everything is aligned, and the sparkle is AMAZING!!! There are only like 10 left in the country and am unsure about returning it and getting one without a crack but other issues. What to do? Opinions from Sarah wallet owners about the crack would be great!!

I have a five year old vernis rose florentin that has never cracked. It looks brand new.

i would take it back...in time it will just make the glazing worst.

Definitely take it back. I had a vernis zippy that cracked and peeled and I took it in for repair, they sent it back saying it cant be fixed. You want something that starts out perfect.

If I didn't know what to look for then you would never see it. I don't have a picture because it is too hard to capture.
