They might not be around right now. They do it as volunteer work, so they get on when they can. They're all very involved in authenticating though. Just give it a little time.

No, as far as I know the Coach authenticators do not require links to auctions. You could buy a bag at a thrift store, bring it here, and get it authenticated. And our authenticators here are very nice ... just give them a little time to be on and see your posts.
Your best bet is to get as good of pics as you can of the creeds, zippers, maybe other hardware as well.
The big one though is the creed. Get as good of creed pics as you can.
They also have different specialties. So don't be surprised if one authenticator does the vintage bags, and a different one does the newer bags.
