Help...asking about price of a 2nd hand Birkin

I am newbie here and know very little/almost nothing about Hermes.

I am buying this bag for my sister.It looks authentic but do you think the price is right for the condition of the bag as I don't have any idea for the price of second hand bag.It 's mint tough and look just like new according to the description. It is stamped E (2001 ?
