Help! Anyone has bought from Superchillibean from HK

I am wondering if any of you have bought from this seller:

I have purchased this Givenchy bag and required him a tracking number but he never replied and it's been more than 2 weeks, I have received nothing and the seller never updated the statu of the package...

Anyone could help?

I've come across this seller several times, i think they're ok, i would email again, give it a few more days and open an INR.

Thank you girls! I started a complain with paypal and the seller finally reacted and replied to my mail (3 in total...)... oh well :wondering
