HELP! Advice needed on a Kelly mystery

Hello, I have a mystery that I've been trying hard to reconcile. Purchased a 32cm BJ Kelly for USD7650 and a 28cm Boungainville Epsom Kelly for USD 7950 in Hawaii. I am trying to understand why the 28cm Kelly costs more than the 32cm. Tried asking the SAs in the stores but no one has been able to tell me the answer. One even said they do not have price lists of the bags in the store and wouldnt be able to tell me why. The SA was only able to confirm that the leather is Epsom and not Cherve. I do not think I am being conned as they scanned the price tag. Just want to know what is the 28cm Kelly that I bought, if its a different type of Kelly? Pls pardon my ignorance as I'm new to this.

Any help in solving this mystery would be greatly appreciated! ;)

Are your Kellys different in style? For example, the BJ Kelly retourne and the smaller bougainvilla one sellier? The sellier (stitching on the outside/more rigide) style is more expensive than the retourne (stitching on the inside/more supple).
