Help a newbie compare/contrast these 2 bags

I saw this bag on ebay and love the slouchy shape, but not the color (too summery):

Then I found this bag, and on first glance, it appears to be the same style as the one above, but the style # on the tag in different:

So I'm a bit confused. I need a simple, basic hobo for running around to the grocery store, playground, etc., and don't want anything too structured. Should I expect the second bag to soften and slouch (like a Rebecca Minkoff), or maintain its shape (like a Kate Spade)?

Thank you for any advice you can give me. I'm new to Prada (obviously!)

They are two completely different style bags, hence the different numbers. That silhouette comes in so many variations that it can make your brain explode if you don't know what you're looking for.....seriously.
