Help a girl find a similar necklace!

I've fallen so much in love with this J Crew necklace that I really want to find one in a precious metals/stones version (so that it will last longer). Do you know of any necklaces that are similar to this one?

The glass pearls look a bit coral on my screen! But you could easily get this design made with real pearls and diamonds! I would check out some online pearl vendors such as Pearl Paradise-theyre quite reputable on here! I'm sure you can find some dainty necklaces similar to the JCrew one!

Oh I just realized that there were black and white options as well.There should be some Tahitian and South Sea similar to the design as well! However if you're looking for the smaller pearls, I would go for freshwater as South Sea pearls are quite large!!
