I don't know who makes the dress, but I just have to comment. Sorry in advance to her fans! She has no style whatsoever. She is such a trendhopper. It really bothers me. One day she looks like a playboy bunny and the next she trys (emphasis added) to be hipster! Very crazy to me. Just my two cents.
