Heathrow Question

Hi ladies!!

Right my friend is flying to New York in March from Heathrow. I really want some items from the Louis Vuitton and Chanel stores, however I don't want her to be carrying around my items for the duration of her holiday.

Is it possible for you to buy things and then pick them up on your way back, she has to catch a connecting flight so will be passing through the airport again.

I don't think so as on her way back she won't be allowed in the same part of the terminal since she won't have an international ticket. These items are sold tax free because they are meant for export: they can't stay in the country. The only way she can do this is to take the stuff with her to NYC and then bring it back to the UK. And I would mail the receipts because if she gets caught, she will be forced to pay the taxes.
