Give a call to CS or take it in to your local boutique or outlet. No matter what way you do it, they should give you an exchange for the bag w/ no problems!

I would get her exchanged... do not keep a bag with issues..

I called CS just now, they're having me send her back to JAX attn: Repairs. I'm so nervous sending her back like that, but I can NOT keep a $400 bag with a crack! She said most likely they'll send me out a new one, but I need to send it to Repairs regardless, since it has a problem, it can't just be sent to Returns.
