Hello everyone! I am new to the brand and would really appreciate some help. So I have a quick question for all you coachaholics! :p I absolutely LOVE the new heart print collection and would love a small piece. I don't like getting large wallets in loud prints, so I am looking for something verrrry small! I was looking online and happened to come across the Coach Australia website and found that the print comes in a skinny mini! perfect for me!

"mini id skinny in heart print cross grain leather" is it's name on the Aus website.

However, when I went back to the US website I noticed that the skinny mini was not there. I live in Toronto, Canada and when I called my local store I was informed that they do not have it in their store. I contacted customer service and was told that Australia has a different distribution centre than the US/Canada and this item is an exclusive to that market. I was so sad to hear this, especially because the representative explained that they cannot ship one to Canada. I was a little surprised that they could not find a way to ship one to me honestly, considering that the brand is experiencing a reduction in profits lately. You would think they would be more willing to accommodate a customer who is willing to pay full price+ shipping+ customs for a cardholder. I was just wondering if anyone here has any suggestions for me. Do items that are only in Australia ever come to the US/Canada outlets? Are there other stores in Australia that carry Coach that ship to Canada? Should I just give up all hope and buy another piece from this collection that is sold in Canada? I could wait for ebay items to pop up, but I have always been reluctant to purchase from non-authorized sellers.

Sometimes items that are overseas exclusives are available from JAX, but usually only before they appear on the website. Did you give them the style number and ask if they had any in stock? Often overseas exclusives end up at the outlets in the US and Canada so you might still be able to get it that way. There are also heart print items at the outlets. Thanks so much for the advice! I tried calling the Canadian number and had no luck. Do you know the JAX number by any chance? I have seen the older Valentine's line, and I'm just not a huge fan :( longing for the new print lol!

This is kind of off topic but has anyone noticed how expensive the heart items are from FP? $75 for a regular wristlet??? That is pretty pricey.

all the new FP items are more expensive than in the past. The fob prices are crazy high except for the new Dakotah fob.

I did, that is why I was thrilled the factory got some.. and got that at half price ..

That is the one i grabbed at the factory.. when they did a half off special.

How much is the Dakotah fob? It's super cute. I tried to click on the keyfob on the Coach site, but it's not working anymore. They don't even have the prices listed on the descriptions, either. Just the style number and whatever material they used on the keychain. Not helpful.

Really? It's working for me. The Dakotah is $50.

Oh, I get it now. I googled "Dakotah keyfob" on Google and it somehow took me to the "Coach: International" page instead of the US one. Here:

That explains why the links weren't working for me. It confused me because the text was in English. Sorry about that.

And thanks, Whateve for the links and the prices. I may pick up the Dakotah and/or the feather fobs sometime after Chinese New Year. They are super cute.

I also notice the prices have gone up, too. I remember the keychains were fairly cheap back in the early 2000's, I know because I use to buy them all the time. I imagine they'll be close to $100's by the end of this year. The price increases are getting ridiculous.

If it were I, I'd buy the wristlet as the skinny is pretty small.

I love the new heart print too and bought the cosmetic case.

RE: the prices. The FP heart printed items are leather, while the ones from the outlet are coated canvas, which probably accounts for the price differences.

So I called JAX and they said that they could ship the skinny to me!!, but now I can't help but think about what katierose is suggesting. The wristlet is quite larger. The wristlet is 75$ and is available in Canada, so with tax would be roughly a hundred dollars considering it will be a bit more in Canadian dollars. The skinny mini is 60$ plus 11$ for customs and 30$ for shipping. Thanks 101$ for a skinny!
Does anyone know if Valentine's collections from Coach are hot sellers, or do they eventually make their way to the outlets? If so, does anyone have an estimate as to when they would appear in the outlets? Thank you for all of your help!
