Yes it is true. YSL started July 1st decreased to 10% from 20%, gucci is the same starting the 14th. I havent heard anything from LV
Do you have an SA from gucci? You can probably reach out before the 14th and get it on higher discount. I have one i can share from Ala Moana location if you dont have one.
I just came from Gucci at Ala Moana and talked to my SA. Gucci is still 20% off until 7/14, then it drops to 10%. Let me know if you need his info.
Oh wow! I was able to get the Medium Loulou for under 2k with the 20% discount in February from Honolulu. With the price increase now, I’m glad I purchased when I did.
Its not really a price increase its a discount decrease, mainland retail price is still the same.
Is this long-term? I have a vacation planned for January 2020 and told Hubby I was saving up to get something special during our trip…
I was at the store two weeks ago and the manager told me it's 10% off the mainland prices. It used to be 20%, but not it's only 10%.
Currently in Honolulu and went to the Saint Laurent boutique to buy a bag. Was disappointed to find out the discount is now only 10%, instead of 20%. This just changed a few weeks ago so wanted to let others know in case they had also planned to shop in Honolulu soon. I bought the bag anyway since tax is only 4.7% but a major disappointment.

I was in hawaii as well (August 2021), can confirm that gucci, ysl is down 10%. Valentino however is at 20%. LV, Celine - discount depends on items but not more than 10%. Dior same thing (certain items) but no tax at the Ala Moana mall.
