I brought in my Monogram Neverfull GM for repairs on September 23rd, 2011 in Toronto and was told it would ship out the following Monday to the U.S. When I asked how long it was going to take, I was told 4-6 weeks.
It's now 10 weeks and I haven't seen my bag. I've tried calling. I even visited the store 2 weeks ago and I was told it was at the border...
