So long story short, I got misaligned stitching on my new chanel woc and came back to exchange the bag. Since my husband bought it for me he was the one exchanging it and there's only one left in stock. When he came home I notice the bag doesn't come with the protective felt, the metal logo usually has protective sticker on it but this time it doesn't, and the inside has developed dent from the top inner zipper. I'm not sure if it's a returned iten or due to long storage but the stitching is much better. Since it's an exchange it's marked final sale, but I would like to hear any feedback if anyone has similar experience? Is there any way to check if it's a returned bag based on the serial number from the system?

As far as I know, there’s no way of knowing if it’s a return but I’ve purchased many Chanel items where the stickers have been removed, no felt, no tissue stuffing the bag etc. Sometimes when they are showing the bag to other customers they remove the felt and the tissue and it doesn’t get put back in. If all else is fine with the WOC I wouldn’t let it trouble you.

I have never returned however have exchanged an item.

The dent is from the zip which is very common with all WOC's. It's inside so I would leave it. It is still gorgeous.
The dents on my calf skin WOC is much deeper than yours :smile:
