Oh, and we have riders here too!!! Dressagequeen does Dressage with her beautiful, beautiful horses and I do Eventing (Vielseitigkeit) with my horse.

Look at this... it's the only "thing" I love more than the Birkins... My beloved Hannoveraner "Rocardi"... (and the doggie, too!) I'm sure he would be a very good horse for Vielseitigkeit - but I'm not brave enough... so only dressage, a bit jumping and a lot of fun in the woods or on the beach (in holidays)... A lot of stuff for the next weeks...

janss -- Rocardi ist sehr schon. wallach oder hengst?

und c, das neue foto mit hello ist wundervoll -- klimke wurde stolz sein!

I love my HAC 32cm Caramel Chevre Bag, this was my FIRST HERMES bag. I love the size b/c it stands tall and makes me look "thinner?" . I don't have a Birkin YET, so can't tell you the difference in carrying, but I did try on a Black 35cm Birkin and it was too big for me. This bag is really roomy and easy to travel with..

Your BAG IS GORGEOUS and aren't all these tPFr's nice to tell you the HISTORY and TO STICK UP for you!!! Enjoy your bag......you made an EXCELLENT Choice.

I love seeing the lovely horses here....A romp on the beach on horseback is just a dream come true!!

Back to Topic....
And the thing I love about the HAC and Evelyne is their equestrian pedigree...
The Evelyne will be my first H bag, and the HAC down the road.

OT again --- Janss, we have Rocardi's Hanoverian kinsman "Wiley" (Hanoverian/QH).
Here he is (with DD)!

i have a black chevre HAC in 32, and i love it. I found 35 to be on the big size and i want a size in between 30 and 35. 32 HAC turned out to be perfect. Not too big not too small, just right for daily use :P

^^ WOW! This is awesome!

Sorry, I got distracted.

From where I come from, there is this ugly snobbery going on, comparing the HAC and the Birkin. To me, it does not matter, so I completely ignore it. From my personal experience of owning 30cm and 32cm HAC, I prefer the 32cm on days when I have extras like a cardigan. A 30cm is too short for this, and a 35cm is overwhelming big.

can u explain in details what this snobbery is about???? :s

hermesBB, I never quite understood this well but it's probably because Birkins are harder to get. So you get to hear crazy remarks like oh, that's a tall birkin, it's not the real thing blah blah blah, little do they know the history behind the HAC. My SA told me once the HACs are for the learned. :yahoo: :P  Who knows how to appreciate the beauty of HACs.

sounds like a little brand-whoring to me -- the HAC is wonderful!!!!!
