Hi lovely TPFers! I am curious if this situation has happened to others and if H.com delivers by Fed EX on Saturdays. Last month, I ordered a gift on H.com and rec'd shipping confirmation on a Thursday. I would have thought the gift would arrive on Saturday or Monday, at the latest. The gift did not arrive until Tuesday even though I paid for 2 day shipping. I suppose I could have asked for a refund on the fed ex charge as it was far more than 2 days, but my husband was so happy with the gift, that I didn't bother. Now, I rec'd confirmation of shipping this past Thursday during lunch that my newest item is being shipped 2 day Fed Ex. Should I expect it today (Saturday) or Monday? I am not sure if they include Saturday as part of their normal delivery schedule. I hate to waste such a gorgeous day waiting for my H delivery if they do not do Saturday deliveries. What experiences have you all had with Saturday delivery? Best wishes to you all for a wonderful weekend!!:smile1:

Your tracking number didn't mentioned expected delivery or if it's On vehicle for delivery? The number of days it takes to deliver depends on when your package was shipped as well.

When I checked under my account, it just says that it left the fed ex location on thursday as scheduled. So, I am still not sure if they include Saturdays as part of normal delivery. What do you think?

I don't think so. Usually Saturday delivery is a separate thing, and it would tell you specifically Saturday delivery. (Also, I think Saturday delivery only comes early in the day, i.e. before 2pm.). I don't think it's part of normal delivery service. Ugh, you may have to wait until Monday! :(

Darn! I really wanted to wear my new shawl to the theater tonight!! So, I guess it is safe to go about my day today?? I feel like a puppy sitting by the window just waiting... See what H reduces us to?? :p

I know! Don't even laugh, but my UPS lady finally gave me her cell phone number!!! Monday will be here soon!!!
