The shoulder is a makeup clutch with a shoulder strap - that's the one you're asking about, Sag? I don't know if it's been distontinued, but Bal NY said they haven't carried this style in a while.
I just bought one in black on sale at Selfridges in London. The tag says 2005 1 on it, so I think it is old stock they pulled out from somewhere. I haven't seen any other shoulders lately.
