Has Chanel ever released the "precision bag" for vip cosmetics customers?

I think they look pretty cool and sketchy at the same time. I wasn't able to find any official news about them, does anyone here know?

I read somewhere that it was gifted to selective and VIP customers of Chanel Precision Beauty and skincare items at department stores and beauty counters in Japan circa 2016+. Therefore you'd only be able to source these bags from secondary/reseller markets these days

That skincare range has been phased out for years. So if they say they got a gwp recently, not true. so many people selling fake crap saying they are vip items.
