Has anyone wrote a letter before to thank an individual SA?

I know that good arcive is part of the job but I thought that I should write a little letter /note to thank them for being so good and for making the experience so great!

Yes, I'm sure your SA will appreciate it. I sent an email to the manager directly to commend on how great my SA was!

i've sent little thank you cards before to my SAs. if i buy from them often and they are good SAs, i send them xmas cards and small little gifts too.

I think sending something to the manager is even better. It ensures that the someone above the SA knows about their great service.

I have sent an email to my SA to thank her for her help - got a lovely email back from her too.

I have one particular CHANEL SA that I adore....she and i have even become friends.I will send her a holiday gift to let her know how great she is.ANd it cant hurt to tell her manager how great the SA is as well
