Has anyone used Tumbledeal.com?

Not sure how I originally found the site, but has anyone bought Coach from Tumbledeal.com?

They have different "events" (almost like HauteLook) and several of them have Coach purses. Most events are brand new items, but there is even an event with pre-loved Coach purses.

Just not sure where they get their new inventory, but especially the pre-loved bags. So curious to see if someone's had a good experience there. Thanks!

NONE OF THE COACH LISTINGS ARE SHOWING THE CREED AND SERIAL NUMBER R EVEN LISTING THE SERIAL OR STYLE NUMBER!

There's no way I'd deal with or ever recommend any seller who couldn;t be bothered with such basic information. Not only that but they can't even get the style names right. They have a used Kristin CROSSBODY listed as the larger and much more expensive Convertible Hobo. They list many as "Final Sale" but don't show any clear details of the condition of the inside, corners, strap, or other areas that might show wear or stains.

Their FAQs say:
"We also include detailed product descriptions for each item so a customer can review information about an item and be informed prior to making a purchase". But "detailed product descriptions" should include at least a serial number and at best, clear photos of the creed.

Returns are only accepted for defects or damages, and they DON'T accept returns of handbags AT ALL. Read their Returns page:

Based on what I've seen, buying from TUMBLEDEAL is NOT RECOMMENDED.
