Hello everyone!! I am thinking of getting these heels from the current collection but I have never tried them on, they have a 4 1/2 " heel and I am concerned they may be very hard to walk on!! If anyone has tried them or owns them I would love to hear from them!!

I personally found the heels too high, they were a little uncomfortable to walk on to be honest. Then again, they're absolutely gorgeous and I think the only (major) reason I passed on them (since I wear uncomfortable shoes aaaalll the time!) is because my DF hates it when I come remotely close to towering over him LOL.

Thank you ChenChen!! Do you think it would unbearable to wear them for 2/3 hours at a time, at a mall for instance? I have only worn up to 4" heels!

^No problem! :) The highest I've worn are 4" too, but it wasn't long ago that I thought even 3" were intolerable, so I'm sure with practice 4 1/2" isn't that bad! Hopefully another tPFer will be able to chime in soon - I'm probably not a lot of help since I buy a lot of things based more on looks than comfort!

Hey- I have these heels in the grey flannel and Ive worn them once so far- out to dinner one night. I think they were relatively comfortable but I was sitting a lot. I would definitely not get these for walking around the mall all day but for special occasions or a nice dinner or lunchein.

I wear all high heels and platforms! This fall's platform heels are very strange. They force your body forward and are not comfortable at all, also they are very very heavy on the feet.

Thank you ChenChen, Lisadoodle and Sjunky13!! Sofar I have a 2 votes for comfortable for short term and 1 too uncomfortable!! Buying shoes over the phone is definitely not the best option when it comes to heels and I really appreciate all the help of my fellow Tpfers!! Please keep posting if you tried them, TIA!!

I tried these on and didn't feel they were comfortable enough to purchase. As someone else mentioned, it seemed to move your whole body forward. I loved how they looked but didn't like how they felt. So didn't end up buying them. HTH.

I own these. They are pretty uncomfortable. I've had worse though. I love the way they look though. I rarely ever find a pair of mary-jane like heels I actually like. I can do high heels...but I don't know. Maybe its just my feet, but I feel like I'm walking on stilts. My arch will hurt so badly. It feels like a dramatic difference from wear my toes are. Like I said, I have tons of high heels but these just feel weird. But I can't take them back now, and I like them.

I would try them on if you can.

Fendi!
as i said in the other thread~
this is superhigh... I m used to 4 inches and i was once used to 4- 1/2 but these are pretty high and it does force your body forward! I dont think u can do mall with these at all.. I think the most will be night outs and it would be hard with kids too! i think u should try them on and see for yourself.. if not.. dont get them~ i dont think it will suit your lifestyle....
