  1. I know many of you buy your LV from eLux to avoid tax. Although they have a great return policy, have any of you tried to return/exchange to a LV boutique and were successful? I'm thinking if you say it's a gift, you can exchange it? But I don't know, I'm too paranoid to try. Any of you??

  2. i bought my damier speedy 25 and 30 through 866vuitton and got an elux receipt. I returned the 30 and exchanged it for other stuff in the LV store in Manhattan so it should work!

  3. I guess it depends? I've walked into an LV a few years ago and tell them I mostly shop at Elux and they old me they would accept returns there.. Then I was at a Saks LV, and they say they don't? I hear both so I'm sorry I can't give you a straight answer, I just don't want you to be surprised if they won't accept it.

  4. The parent company of LV owns eLuxury.
