Has anyone tried applying brasso on chanel chains?

Hi everyone

I just wondering if anyone has ever cleaned the tarnished on the chanel chain (vintage 2.55) with BRASSO? Mine one show tarnishing.... and very tempted to clean it with brasso....but scared will spoil it....

PLS HELP.........!!

I would not recommend using brasso on such an expensive bag....:hrmm:
But I did try to use metal cleaning cloth (e.g. silver cleaning cloth) on it though and cleans well.
