  1. Hi, I found some items on Lyst that I want to get but I never shopped there before, was wondering it its a good website to shop at.
The item that I want is on the website but it says that it sells from yoox.com.

  2. I have purchased from Yoox... the only thing that bothered me was that
Yoox has "promotions" & the discount changes often enough that you
have to keep checking back...However, Yoox does give credit back within
a certain time period so that worked for me...

  3. Well I just placed an order, and you are right about the "promotions" I wasn't able to use the one I had.

  4. Depends on the item- if you bought a clearance item (items marked final sale) no promotion works and sometimes an item that's new (that hasn't been marked down) is also a no-no. You've just missed their large blowout clearance- prices were crazy low. Just keep checking back and sign up for their emailing list. They run promotions and lower prices frequently.

  5. I never shopped at either store, but Yoox was (is?) a really popular store here in TPF, there was even a really big thread dedicated to it. So I'm sure Yoox is fine! Hopefully your order will go through smoothly and you will get your items! Good luck!

  6. Lyst is just a shopping search site that links out to retailers. Yoox is a good site -- I've scored some pretty good deals, shipping is pretty quick even from Italy and customer service was ok when I made a return.

Having said that, their website is pretty awful in terms of trying to find something specific -- I think it might be due to the language differences. They'll use descriptors that make no sense like "maxi" for a handbag. Maybe it means something different in Europe. And like the other poster said, check the site a couple of times before buying because the prices are all over the place. I've seen the same item listed at different prices on the same day even.

  7. Yoox is pretty great if you hit it at the right times. The site *is* a tad hard to navigate but it's worth the hassle.

I would cut out Lyst and go straight to Yoox for your item, it'll make finding it and similar things easier. Lyst just aggregates results.

  8. +1

  9. Thank you that's exactly what I did, I just went straight to yoox. I hope shipping is fast.

  10. It was fairly fast if I remember correctly...
