I am on a desperate hunt for this bag so I'm throwing this out there just in case! This is the Michael by MK Large Astor Shoulder Bag:

I know where I can get it in black and luggage but I am wanting grey and cannot find it anywhere online! I live in the middle of nowhere so can't drive around looking for it either! I'm hoping that there's one out there somewhere in some Nordstrom's or Macy's waiting for me! Has anyone seen it? Thanks so much!! :yes:

Darcy, thanks for the info! I may reconsider then. I love the shade of grey but am spoiled by softer leathers so don't know that I'd enjoy this after all!

I have a Michael Kors Astor, but it is the satchel in Luggage. It's beautiful. It is about four years old now, and the leather is beautiful with a little darker patina than when I first got her. I'm sad that the newer MK bags don't have the irish linen lining any more. I will never part with that bag.

I have contemplated the purchase of this exact bag several months ago! It is really beautiful & classic! Simple elegance.

E-Bay is your best bet. Saw quite a few of them when I was on the "hunt" for one. Just be persistent. The one you want will come up for auction eventually :woohoo:

The SA at the Michael Kors store near me told me they would look for a bag at other MK stores if I wanted them to. You could try calling and maybe they could find you one at one of their outlet stores or regular stores.

I completely agree with this. I had wanted this grey as well and went to Nordstrom and saw them in brown, white and black. I was really surprised at how stiff it was - I wondered if it would have softened up with age.....???

I have had two (still have one) MbyMK bags and they both softened beautifully with age. They never got buttery soft of course, but they did break in nicely.

I have two Michael Kors astors from 05, one in luggage and one in white. Absolutely loved them both. Still love! I'm trying to find a bag that will be as wonderful to me as these bags were, both in style & durability.
