has anyone seen the small stam?

I saw a pic of a small stam (no handles, just a chain). Has anyone seen these in person? Or, does anyone know if they are supposed to come with just the chain and no handles?

that's the Baby Stam and it's been around as long as the Stam has. It is a shoulder bag - no handles.
