How does it work?
I called from Monday till today, a which is Thursday, and every time the sales person promised to send me a return label by end of day but it never came. This morning I required to talk to the manager. She promised to send it within an hour. Now it is like two hours passed but still no label to my email. I called again and she said she will send within five minutes, well, still no email.
I’m wondering if the customer service is lying to me and trying to make me keep my order. I know it is hard to believe but I couldn’t image why it takes so long to send a label or just instruct me on how to do the return. Probably the worst online shopping experience for high end jewelry ever.
