Has anyone ordered from RAKUTEN? How did you manage?

I searched on the blog but did not find much about this japanese site.Has anyone ordered MiuMiu or Prada and had it sent to Europe? I cannot read japanese,noone else I know does.I called their number,noone picks up,No replies to my emails either..Seems to be a heaven at the moment because of the sale.If anyone has any idea or can help ,please let me know.Thanks and Happy 2008 !

Rakuten does not ship overseas. In fact, [FONT=verdana,geneva]the majority of sellers in Japan do NOT ship out of Japan. You'll have to resort to using a purchasing agent if you want to order from Japanese sellers.
