One good thing about LVR is that after setting everything up with FedEx (the duty faxes) that first time, anything else you order, just comes right to you and FedEx sends you a bill for the duty.
I just bought a jimmy choo ross and a mulberry wallet and I didn't get any call from FedEx, no faxing, etc. I got my stuff in three days and then got a bill from Fedex.
