Well you can ask them to put you on the wishlist. Otherwise you can also ask If you can order MTO 2 motif (pre approved pieces) and I am not sure but I think there was other colours for MTO 2 motif earrings
Or you can apply for 2 motif earrings SO but that would need pre spend of ~ 85 k €

there is no VCA boutique in Berlin. You can call the store in Munich. They are very helpful.
