Has anyone ever not gotten their preorder?

I preordered the silver cousin 2/2 and didnt really hear anything from the SA, even after the collection launched. Today I followed up and was told “not yet”, so I called customer service to see if they knew anything and they were basically like “that is totally sold out and I don’t know if we are getting more” and “oh yikes you ordered feb 2?” Which makes me think it’s not coming. What are the chances I’ve missed out? How long do I wait before pushing the issue and asking they produce the bag or a refund? I really want the watercolor shoulder bag but now I’m afraid to give them another 3.5k and wait while everyone else just orders off of the website and gets theirs in a few days.

Yes I preordered and paid for an item from the catogram collection and they were never able to locate the bag for me. I had to get refunded.

On the Clouds collection I ordered the Pocket Organizer and it didn't arrive until about 4 weeks after the launch. I was about to give up and ask for a refund and then it arrived! If you want it I would ask your SA for an update. Hopefully your SA can give you some information. I'm glad I waited because it's a beautiful piece.

This is why I stopped prepaying for items....I prepaid for other items that showed up at the store before my preorders came and didn’t want to pay again so I waited for the items to show up..the whole process was frustrating. I ordered through customer service and it wasn’t their fault but was just frustrating not knowing if I would get the items....i saw my preordered items available on the website so I didn’t understand...I would think your preorder should’ve been filled before selling in launch. Did your store get any? I would keep checking the website . If you see it on the site you’ll have to pay and then get the refund.
