Has anyone ever bought from this seller?

I am newer at the forum, and read some of threads about on-line stores sell fake in US. I am wondering people used to complain counterfeit products in China, but why it is much safer in US for those stores sell counterfeit brand-name products publically.

Thanks Ellie! Actually I am newer in North America too. What should I do when I suspicious an item I bought from them? Does it allowed to sell fake by the Government? If no, why it claims 100% guarantee authentic, and with a US address, credit card account...?

If you already have the bag, you can take pix of it and have it authenticated here on tPF. What BRAND of handbag did you buy? I can direct you to the proper AUTH thread.

And did you buy it from the efashion website?

I bought a Balenciaga bag for my friend in my native country. I can feel she is not happy with the leather (she has a 2007 bag). Anyway, I learned lots from the forum, but I still have a question as many people pointed out some on-line stores sell fake. Why are those stores still in business and cheating other people? It is very simple for the government to raid the stores if had proofs. Maybe those guys are protected by human right issue in US.

Unfortunately, online stores DO get shut down, and just change web names and open back up. There are MANY online stores in the US selling fakes.
Did you contact the company to return the bag for refund?

You can also file a complaint w/ IC3 - the Internet Crime Complaint center.
http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

And once you have a return address for the seller, you could file a fraud complaint w/ the Attorney General's office in his state. IF package was mailed to you via USPS, you can also file a mail fraud complaint.

Thanks for the info. I am learning to protect myself. I paid the bag with credit card through paypal. But I still don't understand why it is so easy and safe to make money in US to sell fake (claim authetic) by changing a new website. It is virtue world of on-line store, but should have real person behind the website, physical location and banking account. Back to my home county, those guys definitely go to jail or recieve big fine. Shouldn't be so many people in the forum to discuss legit of the same on-line stores again and again.

True.. it's a big problem. And certainly one that needs more prosecution.

Just file charge back w/ your CC co if the CO continues to be unresponsive.
