I was so excited for my rosa tote but the second time I used it, the threading on the handle came undone! <insert sad face> Is this normal?? Do you think MG will do anything about it if I contact them?

Definitely contact them! That is not acceptable, especially if you've only used it twice! X

I had a stitching issue with one of mine and they replaced it no problem. Contact MG for sure.

This is not normal.

That happened to my mini mini! I didn't think about contacting them though (it's too troublesome for me as I'm in Asia), so I did a little DIY (a Hermès SA taught me to).

I nipped the loose thread using a nail clipper and then applied transparent nail colour over the affected thread.

It's not perfect, it actually feels a little rough but good enough for me! Just make sure you use a cotton swab to gently dab on that thread, I painted that area(including the leather) using the nail polish brush and now that part's more shiny than the other areas. :sweat drop:

But of course, do try to get a replacement for the bag if possible!
