Harry Winston experiences?

Apologies if there is already a thread on this! I did some searching and couldn't find anything.

I am thinking of getting the small single sunflower . I went in to look at the double but found the style not to my liking. I have included a picture, please ignore the severely bloated fingers (it the day after valentines and i overindulged on valentines )

Does anyone have experience with harry winston quality/craftsmanship? Do their rings hold up well?

Harry Winston is one of my favorite jewelry brands!

While there is definitely a premium for the Harry Winston name, I have always been impressed with the quality of the jewelry and the customer service.

Has anyone seen Harry Winston’s HW logo bangle IRL? Any feedback you can share is appreciated!

Most of my everyday pieces are HW, including a sunflower ring which has been a 24-7 piece for 5 years and looks pristine. Had a channel set eternity ring that around year 7 needed to be completely rebuilt, which wasn't surprising. That piece saw the gym frequently. What was surprising was that the entire rebuild was done for the cost of shipping and insurance.

Salon service is consistently impeccable. Have had great service @VCA, Cartier, Graff, etc but HW definitely wins on consistency.
