Hi ladies,

Do any of you own or have gone shopping for diamond band rings at Harry Winston?

I don't have a style in mind, and the website really isn't that informative about the selection, so I thought I would ask before I visited the store.

What do you think of them?

I tried on several when I went into their locations in several cities. They were exquisitely crafted and the diamonds looked lovely. I almost purchased a thinnish one before I ended up deciding on a non-branded (or less high end anyway) band that I thought would work better with my e-ring. Some days I do regret it. But it was quite pricey for the weight, I felt.

I don't think HW has much variety in their bands selection. Their designs are very simple because an SA once told me that their focus is not on their designs but rather on their stones/diamonds. I just recently got my e-ring and wedding band there and the craftsmanship and diamonds are impeccable. You should visit the store and take a look and then you'll see what I'm talking about. ;)

i have two band rings from HW, and i would agree that their craftsmanship and quality are generally excellent.

i do believe they have a decent selection of cuts and styles, so you should definitely go in to peruse their inventory.

the one ring i would advise against purchase is the flex band ring...

I also got my diamond band from there. The stones are so attractive. My wedding isn't until the end of July, so I don't know how it is like wearing it all the time, but the look is just amazing. You won't regret it.

You should really try it. I think they have added a few more designs on their website. Some of their wedding bands look so different in real life, because they are stacked together in the picture on their website.

i have a HW round prong-set diamond band, my finger was so small that they actually had to make it with less diamonds and the price actually went down!!

i love the band, for me it was no comparison to others i looked at

do you have a store close by?

I agree that you have to go in to one of their loctions. Their customer service is impeccable! I have a 3-stone from HW and loved every second of being in the boutique! I looked at quite a few diamond band rings and they were all so gorgeous! That will probably be my next purchase! Can't wait to see what you choose! Don't forget to post some pics!
