Hardware on my new baguette.

I just received my first Fendi and OMG am I smitten. I believe it was quite possibly the last in stock as the website said Last one available and since ordering it mid August it has been removed from the website completely.

It doesn’t look used but looks like it‘s possibly been handled a lot. Does this scratching look normal for what should hopefully be mild handling in a boutique? I baby my bags and I am unfamiliar with Fendi. Would the snap closure look like this after I used it gently?

Try using a jewelry polishing cloth on the hardware. It will help with any fine line scratches. I don't think the hardware looks too bad.

Your new purchase looks divine. I’ve been tossing up between the soft beautiful leather in black or the FF logo canvas baguette. Any thoughts from anyone greatly appreciated.

I just bought the baguette in black leather and also commented on the hardware. The SA showed me that they’re all a slightly ‘worn’ finish. They do look gently marked. Even the hardware on the sides was the same.
