Hard choice between ring Clash vs ring Panthere (UPD done!)

Dear Ladies, it's your fault!! you're posting sooooo many beautiful photos from the Clash collection last days that I become dreaming to have a new beautiful ring. The problem is that I'm not sure which one

I'm debating between Clash and Panthere small rings (honest to say I'm additionally unsure between small and medium Clash version ) and really hope for your opinion!

my thoughts:
Panthere
+ classic collection which is the first time to be so affordable;
+ will hold it's value;
+ easy resell option
- the small version doesn't exist in white gold I normally prefer

Clash
+ I like the design,
+ white gold
+ small version cost less, medium has good impact like important ring
- temporary design
- maybe lower resell possibility after some years

Of course all the variants are very beautiful and with Cartier is impossible to go wrong!

I agree with you...you can’t go wrong with Cartier !
What a difficult choice ! The style are very different...
As you said, Panther is a Classic. Keep his value with the time. Maybe the white option will come soon...or not !
It depend on what you are looking for : investment or just for your pleasure !

Glad you are interested in clash ring! Same here, re-convinced by the clash posts! Plan to get small clash first (when yg is available), and then get the small panthere ring (diamond version). I love the flexibility of the small clash - worn alone or stacked with other pieces!

I'm absolutely in love with diamond version! but it's not for all day use for me ....

I'm looking for the nice ring to wear it often )))) BUT when I buy the things I prefer to choose the classic option which increase it's value and is easy to be sold because I have minimal-buy-life style )

For now I tried medium Pantere and also the diamond version, which is just one love for me, maybe I can try Clash but not in my size

I understand : Panther is one of the most famous collection of Cartier ( like trinity and love collection). Personnaly, i love this collection. It is the symbol of Cartier.
Clash is new, very original, modern ...but i don’t think it will have the same success...I have never tried this ring so i am not objective !

btw. When looking to buy thinking of resale values is not the best thing to do - especially not with Cartier. Better buy a gold bar - best resale value you can get.

There is another point you should think of. You'll see the scratches on the Panthère. Less so on the Clash.

I’m in the minority because I’m not a fan of the panther ring. I think it’s too chunky but then I generally lean towards dainty jewellery. I really like the clash ring though. It last very different & makes a statement

My vote is for the Panthere. It is a classic. The Panthere designs are more historically significant to the brand, and to me is says Cartier. The Clash, well it's new, it's less expensive, and could be anyone's design. Don't go with a Clash if the motivation is its less expensive. If you really like the Panthere more, and if you are like me, you won't be satisfied with a substitute. Then you will still want the Panthere, and a good chunk of your money will be tied up in the Clash. But the best thing to do is to try them on and see which one really makes you smile the most.

Agree, avatar is GREAT. I’ll try Clash ring next week, small panthere is not available in the shop for now....
