Great news, so glad you have your bracelet! OK, to open it, you pull the top of the hardware round fleurs up (the top of the flower is on a tiny hinge) and when you do this you will see little stick is then lifted from the bracelet hole and you will be able to then see how the bracelet comes undone. Send me an instant message if you still have problems and I can take some photos of mine doing it step by step for you.

Finally congrats!! It's a pretty bracelet it was quick to go to Paris & back and be authenticated, maybe they should make a note so they don't stop any more of your parcels.
