I lost my buyer protection because I opened 3 cases in a short period of time due to receiving FAKES (and this was verified by Carol Diva). I was punished because I was scammed? I told Ebay it is a reflection of how many fakes are being sold on their site yet I am the one penalized? Really upsetting but spent too many hours trying to discuss this with them only to get the run around.

I refuse to deal with eBay anymore. they don't answer your questions and it's very frustrating not to get feedback to a simple question.

Another choice is to send the bag to lv and change the top part of the vachette. Good luck ^_^

If you do send it to Bag Borrow or Steal's deodorizing service, please let us know how it turns out! I am contemplating sending a bag to them for repairs. Thanks!

If you are decided on keeping the purse, I suggest looking up thread for removing odors here in the tpf forum. Try baking soda, airing and lots of patience. It takes a long time to remove cigarette odor but once you are successful febreeze the inside of the purse. HTH
