There are usually purse repair specialty outfits in several cities -- often on contract with Saks, Neimans, etc. that can repair your purse in a professional manner. I use one in the Norwest that does all of Nordies bags. If you can locate the purse repair professional in your area, they will most likely be able to repair the Spy Bag.
