I'm trying to think of the brand that awhile back came out with a purse that reminded me of a change purse with large metal closure balls at the top. I figured this would be the place to ask.

Can't remember the name, but Nordstrom had wallets and purses from this brand this week on the sale table. You could call them. They probably could tell you right off the bat.

Nope, not the Marc Jacobs one. The one I saw had HUGE round balls at the top. It was awhile back in the magazines, at least last year and then they trickled over to T.J. Maxx.

G-orgeous H-eaven
If not MJ Stam

Was it Marni Old Lace? http://ly.st/bags/marni-taupe-old-lace-buffalo-leather-kiss-lock-shoulder-bag-fabric-gray/

or another Marni bag? They often use a kiss lock http://bestbagsforwomen.com/alexander-mcqueen-handbags_2/marni-small-leather-tote.html

Christian Louboutin has a kiss lick with shoes as an icon on many of his bags and his bow bags were featured everywhere http://bags.stylosophy.it/articolo/borse-christian-louboutin-bow-kiss-lock-clutch/3621/

Prada also did one but I can't remember the name

Thanks for the ideas. None of those so far are quite what I was picturing. It was a regular purse more long than high but exaggerated kiss lock top, like slightly smaller than a ping pong ball but HUGE, gold tone. Someone that would advertise in a fashion magazine(I read Harpers, Instyle, Vogue). From over a year ago.

Funny thing is at first I thought they were gaudy but now, of course, I think it's retro cool looking. No biggie, I just thought I'd see if it rang a bell because typing the words "large balls purse" in google is too scary.
