i have a gucci with gold-coated leather handles that i've been using for years now. the handles are now discolored (the real brown leather is showing) due to use. can i still repair this? what should i apply to bring the gold color back?

I think you should bring it back to Gucci and ask them what you should do or what they used to coat the handles, it's worth a shot!

I agree, go back to Gucci and see if they can fix it, even if its for a small fee

you're right, i should i live in manila and there's only one gucci outlet here. i hope they solve my problem. and i hope the repair doesn't cost too much.
