I had them replace a broken stud on my Oak Emmy and they did a good although the replacement is non branded. I asked for a quote to restore the leather and it would have been over £300, not worth it to me. tbh I wasn't sure that I wanted my Emmy painted or whatever it is that they do- they have a YT video showing the restoration of Oak bayswater. I ordered a bunch of leather care products and will have a go myself as I don't want it to look overdone. They are responsive to emails within a few days and seem to know what they are doing.
