Oh yes. I 've seen these before too. And you can get handbag charms for charm bracelets, which are somewhat similar (the charms, I mean).
Look for them on eBay, they are cheaper. I know about it because I was planing to sell my purse pendant the other day (that I haven't worn for over 10 years), but didn't becuase it's not worth it since would only get $10 for it.
