Michael Kors HAMILTON - What color is this? Help?

Hi Ladies,

I can't figure out what color this is. I am buying it in "like new" condition second hand, so I figure it must not be navy (doesn't seem dark enough either). It seems darker then the oasis but lighter then the indigo...maybe its the Oasis? What do you think? Is there a way to tell from anything noted inside?I am pretty sure the original tag is gone.

I would love for that to be true, but it seems too light to be navy...and unlikely that they would already have a navy one second hand?

Is there a chance this is the ocean? It seems too blue, but they say the ocean is blue hahah :p

Do MK bags have any information inside, like on a tag? I am fairly new to MK

They don't have any info inside on a tag that I know of.

I checked out the Navy w Gold HW at the store and it seemed pretty similar to what you have posted. I don't recall the name of the other blue Hamilton that they had a few months ago with Gold HW but it could also be that.

Okay,
Oasis was released S/S '10 with Silver
Indigo was released F/W '10 with Silver
Navy was released in December with Gold.

So of the past few blues that are available, I would say that it is Navy still. There was a Teal color that came out a while ago, not sure exactly which season. But it also had silver hardware.

The fact that it is in "new" condition even though preowned does point that it could be Navy since it was recently released. Good luck and tell us if you get it!

Ok...don't kill me :smile1:...thats exactly what I thought but then I saw this on zappos (and not that I don't think the Ocean is beautiful, it just wasn't what I was looking for, and my heart sank a little because I think it might be this one)

The one from Zappos is much lighter. I don't know if Oasis and Ocean are the same. The one you have posted originally is much darker and more of a Navy color.

Thanks! So , I called the company selling the bag and asked if they could give me a more specific color then "blue". She said it is darker, like a navy!!! She sent a link to the MK site with the navy tote and said it looked like that one!!!:yahoo:

I hope she is right!!


P.S. IcyBlue, I have the damier pap in your signature and I love it ;)
