Well, I've had my first Hamilton for almost a week now. I must say it is PURE LOVE. The one thing I noticed though is that the lock is not the same on both sides. One side has the big "MK" with a matte background on it, and the other is completely shiny with Michael Kors in small letters. Now, maybe I am just being OCD because I just got the bag, but I really like it when the side with the big MK faces the front. Many times when I am using the bag, I notice that the lock flips. I'll actually flip it back if I notice it. Does anybody else do this? Which side of the lock do you prefer facing the outside?

Maybe if you flip it around, it will land more on the MK side. I'm sure it has a good amount to do with how you hold your bag too. Like, if the bag leans to one side, the lock will flip to that side. So maybe right now your lock is facing the blank side more when you hang it from your arm. If you flip the lock around, whichever way you are carrying it should make the lock flip to the MK side more. Does that make sense? Anyways, just a theory. Try it out and see if it works for you. =]
