I bought a Hamilton in luggage/silver two DAYS ago, and earlier today my friend took it off, played with it, and put it back on. A couple hours later, I look at my bag and the whole key part (leather + key itself) is missing. I guess she did a bad job putting it back on and it fell off.
I called Bloomingdale's and the local Michael Kors brick-and-mortar, but they don't have any solutions for me. What to do next?! I'm seriously freaking out here. When I bought it I had been planning to use it for the next few years, and I can't stand the fact that the key is missing even if it doesn't do anything.
