I'm going to SK end of October for my DES. I want to make the most of my stay in Seoul and go to a hair salon for hair treatment.
Any recomendations on hair salon in Gangnam? I have dry scalp, frizzy hair. I'm conaidering a straight perm, but I'm afraid of damaging my hair even more. Also, I can have the perm just this one time, so it might not be good idea. Do you know procedures that are more permanent to make hair look better?
