Upon seeing an update on more Olga charms from Web Finds/H.com available inventory, I immediately go online again so I could purchase.
I make the purchase and think it has gone through, until I receive an email some hours later that reads like: "
Please Call Hermes.com Regarding Order #XXXXXXXXXX. "
I have in the past, although on an infrequent basis, ordered from H.com. CC shows the charge but makes me wonder what they want answered. If anything, I'd think it would be my CC customer rep wanting to talk to me and confirming that I made the purchase vs. H.com. Anyone receive a similar type of email? TIA.
